Niramaya Arogya Kendra (Health -care Centre)
Good - health is the basic right of every human being. It is desirable that everybody should have equal access to the healthcare facilities. But the students from the tribal and rural areas are seen to be deprived of basic healthcare facilities. They suffer from malnutrition and have one or other health-related issues. They need guidance and counseling for that. According to the saying ‘Sound Mind in Sound Body’, the students should be availed of all basic healthcare facilities to get a strong youth for a better nation. In the background of the Covid19 Pandemic, we are more cautious about the need for good health.
Taking into consideration the need for Basic Health Care of the students, the college has inaugurated Niramaya Arogya Kendra (Health -care Centre) on 21 th Oct.2022 on the occasion of the Birthday of the General Secretary of MGV Hon’ble Dr. Prashant V. Hiray. The Niramaya Arogya Kendra organizes periodic Health Check-up camps addressing different health -issues of the students as well as the faculty of the college. There is a special focus on female health issues. The specialist doctors are invited to conduct the health -check-up camps.
